Government

Pakistan has a federal form of government comprising the provinces of Balochistan, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Punjab, and Sindh along with Islamabad Capital Territory and the autonomous territories of Azad Jammu & Kashmir and Gilgit-Baltistan. It has a bicameral legislature comprising the Senate of Pakistan (upper house) and the National Assembly (lower house). The President of Pakistan is Dr. Arif Alvi and the Prime Minister of Pakistan is Mr. Anwaar-ul-Haq Kakar.
